About me
Hi, I am Nikole!
I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University, and I offer therapy fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure language is never a barrier to care.
My path has allowed me to serve across a diverse range of clinical settings. I began my career as a Neurofeedback Technician within a dual-diagnosis treatment center, and later served as a member of a clinical research team where I did the work of improving and designing transitional school programs to mentor and empower students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
My clinical focus further developed through facilitating therapeutic groups for at-risk youth in school settings, alongside providing individual, couples, and family counseling within a community mental health center. During this formative period, I cultivated a deep dedication to supporting individuals navigating depression and self-injurious behaviors. I later transitioned to Engage Treatment Programs, serving as both a Group Therapist and Case Coordinator to support adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 25. Today, I bring this collective experience into my private practice, where I work closely with children, teens, young adults, and families to help them find a clearer path forward
